About this location

The East End Counter has fresh drip coffee, sourdough bread and pastries, alongside the freshest heritage flours, grain and more.

This is where Almanac started in 2021: grain came in, flour and bread went out and, little by little, a community gathered around it.

Right outside. The lot is free, with no time limits and no meters.

Is there seating?

No. The Canotek counter is takeout only, but you’re welcome to enjoy your snacks on the Dominion City patio next door.

Can I buy your flour here?

Yes, the full selection.

Do you sell flour in bulk?

Yes. Get in touch for lead times and minimums.

How can I pay?

Credit, debit and cash are all accepted.

Is it accessible?

No. We have a graded ramp from the parking lot to our front walk, but there is a step into the bakery space.

What if I’m hungry on Monday or Tuesday?

We’re open seven days at our Little Italy café!
